YOUR MESSAGE
Subject: Thank you from [your business name] Hi, Thank you for choosing us for [the job]. If you have a moment, we’d really appreciate it if you could share your honest experience in a short review: [your review link] It helps other people know what to expect. Asking for reviews the right way
- Ask soon after the job. A day or two later, while the work is fresh in their mind.
- Ask for an honest review, not a good one. Review platforms such as Google don’t allow asking only for positive reviews or offering rewards for them.
- Make it one click. Put your review link in the message. In Google Business Profile, look for “Ask for reviews” or “Get more reviews” to find yours.
- Ask every customer. Picking only the happy ones is against Google’s rules and makes your reviews less believable.
