The free message writers at mytinycrew.com/tools do not use AI. They fill in fixed wording.

YOU ALWAYS KNOW

Everything your crew prepares appears on your crew page as AI-prepared work for you to check.
The help assistant says under its question box that its answers are written by AI.
Nobody at MyTinyCrew writes or edits your drafts by hand.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

None of our AI can send an email, a text or any other message. You check each draft, change it if you like, and send it yourself from your own email.
Quotes use only the prices you saved. The AI picks lines from your price list, and our own code checks every price and does all the maths.
When a task can’t be done properly, your crew stops instead of guessing, and the credits are returned.
You can pause any agent at any time.

IT CAN BE WRONG

AI can make mistakes, such as a wrong detail or an awkward sentence. That is why every draft waits for you.
Every business Find customers suggests comes with a link to its own website, so you can check it yourself.

YOUR DATA

Our drafts and research are prepared by OpenAI. It receives only the text needed for the task you started, such as the email you pasted and the facts you confirmed.
Under OpenAI’s API terms, it does not use this data to train its models. It may keep it for up to 30 days to check for misuse, unless the law requires longer.
The email you paste is used for that one task and is not saved in our system. We keep the draft, the customer’s email address and the subject, so you can find the draft again.
